We recommend everyone enter off Westlake Blvd. Townsgate will be closed between Village Glen and Lakeview. If you picked up your packet prior to race morning please give yourself at least 30 minutes upon arrival to park and walk to the venue (which is where all of the booths are as well as the start/finish.) If you plan to pick up your packet race morning give yourself at least 45 minutes to park, receive your packet (shirt, bib, goody bag), and be ready for the start.

  • Please carpool if possible. There is lots of parking but this will help with getting cars parked efficiently.
  • Wear your bib number loosely on the front of your shirt or sweatshirt.
  • Do not run more than 2 people across. This is a large event and it is not fair to the other participants if you impede their progress. The 5K is out and back so this is especially important near the turnaround. You can socialize with friends @ the expo.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time to park and walk over.

Can I change shirt sizes?

Unfortunately No. We ordered shirts based on what you ordered. If we have shirts that are not picked up after the event starting at 9am you can exchange sizes.

Can I switch events?

Yes you can do so at packet pick-up (at Road Runner Sports or at the event on Sunday morning.) Please fill out a change event request form (available at packet pick up and race morning)

Can I give my number to a friend?

Yes but your friend will need to fill out a new registration form at packet pick up and write transfer from “Your Name” at the top. The volunteer will then write what bib number you had that will be given to your friend so we can transfer the data.

Can I run with my Stroller?

Yes just please be courteous of other runners and start in the last wave. This course is crowded so please be courteous and careful.

Can I run with my Dog?

Unfortunately No. We love dogs but given the size of this event we do not feel it is safe for the dog or other runners.
